Our Commitment

At BLACK HILL STREET, we want you to love every piece you own. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, with no deodorant, make-up, or perfume stains.

  • All original tags attached.

  • Returned in the original packaging or polybag.

  • Received by us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We offer refunds, exchanges, or 120% store credit (e.g., return £50, receive £60 in store credit).

  • Discounted orders: Refunds are not available for orders using a discount code that offers more than 10% off.

  • Sale items: Final sale — refunds are not available. Store credit only.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.

Regional Return Windows

  • UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

How to Return

To start your return, please email us at info@blackhillstreet.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for return (optional)

Our team will provide the return address and further instructions.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

You'll receive confirmation by email once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error occurred with your order.

  • If using a prepaid return label for refund-related returns, the label cost will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Faulty or incorrect items qualify for free return shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@blackhillstreet.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will assess the claim and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note: Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are eligible for store credit only.

  • UK orders: Pre-order and in-stock items ship together unless arranged otherwise.

  • US orders over $250 or AU orders over $200: In-stock items will ship separately at no additional cost.

Processing Time

  • Returns and refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • During peak periods (November–January), processing may take up to 21 days.
